Caf茅 101 is a teaching and learning caf茅 and kitchen operated by 51热门黑料 culinary students, under the supervision of our chef instructors.
When you step into Caf茅 101, you enter an environment that rivals some of the finest dining establishments in Central Florida. A beautiful atmosphere pairs with the aromas of gourmet delights created by our culinary students. Patrons receive an appetizer, entr茅e, dessert, and beverage.
- Lunch is $14 (including tax)
- Vegetarian meals are available by request and must be requested at time of reservation
- Gratuities are welcome and help fund student scholarships
- Credit cards are accepted at Caf茅 101
- Caf茅 101 is open to the public - seating is limited and reservations are required
- Caf茅 101 is located in the Mori Hosseini College of Hospitality and Culinary Management (building 1200) on the Daytona Beach Campus
